Intuitive Crafting Workshops

online & in-person, based on the Gestaltete Interaktion method

What happens when you stop trying to get it right and just follow your curiosity? In these workshops, intuitive crafting becomes a refreshing break from the analytical thinking most of us rely on all day. You don’t need a plan or any artistic experience — just a willingness to listen inward and see what emerges. Often, the process leads to surprising creations and insights that feel both personal and unexpected.

Meet Your Voice
€45.00

An online voice exploration workshop using intuitive crafting and the Gestaltete Interaktion method to discover the personality of your voice

What if your voice had a personality of its own?

In this online workshop, gentle voice exploration and intuitive crafting help you get curious about the unique qualities of your voice.

Many of us go through daily life without paying much attention to our voice. Or we avoid noticing it because someone once told us we were too quiet, too loud, or “not musical”.

But every voice has its own character. The wobble, the rasp, the warmth, the shine — all of it belongs to you.

This creative workshop is an invitation to explore your voice just as it is today. Through a few simple voice exercises (which you’ll do muted on Zoom, guided by me), you’ll start noticing qualities you may never have paid attention to before.

Afterwards, we move into the Gestaltete Interaktion process. Using a selection of materials, you’ll intuitively craft a piece inspired by the personality of your voice — following what draws your attention in the moment.

Often, what we once saw as a flaw carries the potential for our voice to open up.

Rediscover Your Creative Spark
€45.00

A creative workshop for beginners using repurposed jewellery, intuitive crafting and the Gestaltete Interaktion method

What happens when you stop worrying about getting it right and simply play?

In this workshop, old jewellery becomes the starting point for discovering your intuitive creativity.

Many people believe they’re “not creative”. Often it’s not a lack of imagination that holds us back, but the quiet voice in our head saying: What if it looks silly? What if it’s not good enough?

But creativity thrives in a different environment — one that’s relaxed, playful, and curious.

In this workshop, we create that space together. Through a short meditation and intuitive crafting with repurposed jewellery, you’ll explore what happens when you follow your aesthetic instincts instead of trying to plan the outcome.

By combining colours, shapes, and textures that simply feel good to you, a piece will slowly emerge that carries your own unique style. Many people are surprised by how naturally creativity begins to flow once the pressure to “get it right” disappears.

Who this is for

Anyone who feels curious about creativity — especially those who believe they’re “not creative” but would like to discover what might happen if they tried.

Workshop duration

3 hours

  • 30 minutes — introduction & meditation to activate a relaxed creative mindset

  • 1.5 hours — intuitive crafting with jewellery

  • 1 hour — sharing and reflection in the group

What you’ll need

Please bring a few materials from home:

  • old jewellery you no longer wear

  • a base to decorate (for example a flowerpot, tile, piece of wood, small box, or canvas)

If you have jewellery pieces you can’t wear anymore — perhaps single earrings, broken necklaces, or items that cause allergies — they’re perfect for this workshop.

Try not to think too much about how you’ll use them. Simply gather what you find interesting and let inspiration guide you on the day.

If the workshop takes place in person, basic tools and additional secondhand jewellery will be available.

Follow Your Curiosity
€45.00

A creative online workshop for self-discovery using intuitive crafting and the Gestaltete Interaktion method

Step away from the rush of everyday life for a few hours, follow your curiosity and reconnect with what matters to you. You might be surprised by what you discover about yourself.

In our day-to-day lives, it’s easy to get caught up in simply getting things done. We do what needs doing, and somewhere along the way we can lose touch with the things that truly light us up.

When was the last time you were so absorbed in something that you lost track of time? The kind of activity where you forget about the past and the future, and just enjoy what you’re doing right now.

This creative workshop is an invitation to reconnect with what really matters to you. Through the Gestaltete Interaktion process, you’ll explore what naturally draws your attention and curiosity. Sometimes this reveals an old passion you haven’t made time for. Sometimes it uncovers something entirely new.

Even small moments of doing what we love can shift how we feel in our everyday lives. When we reconnect with what energises us, it becomes easier to approach the world with curiosity, openness, and a little more ease.

How a Gestaltete Interaktion workshop works

Gestaltete Interaktion is a creative group process that combines conversation, intuitive crafting, and reflection. It helps you explore a theme in a relaxed, hands-on way — no artistic experience required.

In a typical workshop, we begin with a guided conversation around a theme. Everyone is invited to share thoughts, associations, or experiences, and to listen to the perspectives of others.

After a short break to let the ideas settle, you browse a selection of recycled materials and choose whatever draws your attention. Then you begin crafting — simply following your curiosity, without trying to plan the outcome or think too much about the theme.

In the final step, we place all the creations together and take time to look at them. As the group reflects on what has emerged, surprising connections and insights often appear — and people sometimes discover something new about themselves.

Who this is for

Gestaltete Interaktion is for anyone who’s curious about creativity — even if you’ve always thought, “I’m not artistic”. It’s for people who want to try something new, enjoy hands-on making, and see what emerges when you follow your intuition. You don’t need any special materials, skills, or prior experience — just an open mind and a willingness to explore. Many participants are surprised at what they create and discover about themselves, and you might be too.

  • We start with a simple question to spark your imagination. It’s a gentle invitation to notice inner strengths or abilities you might have forgotten in your day-to-day routines. No pressure — just a moment to tune in and get curious.

  • A table of recycled objects awaits — anything from trinkets, shells, old Christmas decorations, light bulbs, kitchen utensils, cassettes, or even bits of fabric. You simply pick what catches your eye and start creating, without worrying about the theme or outcome. Often, your choices reveal their meaning later — the texture, color, or shape might connect with a memory or feeling in ways you don’t expect.

  • When everyone’s creation is finished, we take time to look at all the pieces together. You might notice something surprising about your own work — a hidden insight, a forgotten skill, or a part of yourself coming through. There’s no single “right” interpretation; what matters is what it means to you. The experience reminds you that creativity isn’t something you have or don’t — it’s something you can trust in yourself.

  • Even when we’re not consciously thinking, most of our brain is quietly at work behind the scenes. It’s always making connections, spotting patterns, and drawing on memories and experiences. When you follow your intuition with materials in front of you, this “background brain” helps bring surprising ideas and insights to the surface — sometimes in ways you only notice later. That’s why the objects you pick can feel unexpectedly meaningful, like little windows into hidden strengths, memories, or creative sparks.

About me

What fascinates me most about intuitive crafting is seeing how differently each person responds to the same theme. Every creation is unique — and that’s something I had to learn to appreciate in myself, too.

For a long time, interacting with people felt stressful. I would rehearse conversations in my head beforehand and replay them afterwards, worrying about what I’d said wrong. Intuitive crafting helped me let go of that constant need to control things. Instead of trying to plan everything, I learned to trust what naturally comes up in the moment.

That shift changed a lot for me. I realised that what already exists within us — our experiences, instincts, and perspectives — is more than enough. We don’t always need to overthink; sometimes our “background brain” can do the work for us.

Now my mission is to help others discover their own creativity and self-worth through the simple process of intuitive crafting, using the Gestaltete Interaktion method.

I have completed a 2-year training at Haus Vortlage with Prof. Dr. Line Kossolapow to become a certified Gestaltete Interaktion facilitator. I’ve worked as a writer, photographer and designer, and am currently completing a 3-year course in the applied physiology of the voice at the Lichtenberger Institute.
